Connect a wallet

Open /login. Detected extensions appear with their own icons. You sign one message, and that address becomes the desk.

Sign in

The desk uses Sign-In with Ethereum (EIP-4361). The message names the domain, your address, a server nonce, and the chain id. It costs no gas, grants no token allowance, and cannot move a balance. If the wallet rejects the request, nothing is recorded and you can try again immediately.

Any EIP-6963 injected wallet is discovered automatically, so a wallet not listed above usually still appears. WalletConnect requires a project id to be configured; if that row is missing from the sheet, it is not enabled on this deployment.

If the wallet is on another network, the connect panel offers a switch. The desk will not quote a fill or queue a claim from the wrong chain — a marker settles on Robinhood Chain and nowhere else. See Robinhood Chain for the full parameter set.

What the session binds

Balances, convert, settlement, and compute chat all run against the signed-in address. The session is a signed, HTTP-only cookie holding that address — no user row, no email, no recovery inbox.

  • Switching accounts in the wallet invalidates the session immediately. You sign again with the new address, and it has its own book.
  • USDG claims pay the signed-in address only. There is no destination field, so a stolen session cannot redirect a payout.
  • Signing out clears the cookie. It does not touch anything on-chain and does not forfeit a booked marker.
The desk never asks for a seed phrase, a private key, or a token approval at login. If a page claiming to be OWED asks for any of those, it is not OWED.

After you sign, the terminal opens at /app. Next stop is usually Trade or Markers.
