Introduction
You trade. We owe you. OWED is a settlement desk on Robinhood Chain. A qualifying fill books a marker against the house at a published rate, and you decide later whether that marker leaves as USDG or as metered AI compute.
What a marker is
A marker is a dollar-denominated obligation the desk writes against itself when your trade qualifies. It is not a token, not a point, and not a promise to airdrop something later. It is a line on a book with your address on it, a fixed dollar amount, and two ways out.
There is no email account and no username. The address that signs in is the account. Ethereum-style wallets sign a SIWE message and the session stays bound to that address until you sign out or switch accounts.
Notional, not token amount
Everything the desk prices is denominated in the USD value of the fill at confirmation. A $40 trade in a large-cap token is still $40 — swapping something expensive does not make a small ticket into a large one. Changing the published rule later never rewrites a marker that already posted.
Who it is for
- Anyone with an injected or WalletConnect wallet that can sign a login message and reach Robinhood Chain.
- Traders who already route size on-chain and would rather not leave the rebate on the table.
- Developers who want a metered
owed_key they can paste into Cursor, an agent loop, or any OpenAI-compatible client. - Holders who want the desk’s fee flow rather than an emissions schedule — see token and fee share.
The walk
- Connect at /login and sign once.
- Trade live on the desk, or scan the wallet for history.
- Clear $200 of confirmed trade volume so the rate lists.
- Each later fill at or above the floor books a marker at 65 bps.
- Move the marker 1:1 onto USDG or compute, then take payment.
Three lines, one book
Owed balance, USDG, and compute are the same liability shown on three lines. Converting moves value between lines at 1:1 and takes no second cut. The desk does not maintain a shadow balance that behaves differently from the one you can read.
| Line | What it is | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Owed | A booked marker, not yet on a rail | Convert 1:1 |
| USDG | Marker sitting on the stablecoin rail | Claim from the vault |
| Compute | Marker sitting on the metered rail | Mint a key or use chat |
And $OWED
40% of net protocol fees is pooled and paid pro rata to $OWED holders at each snapshot. Holding is never required to earn a marker, and it never changes your rate. It is a separate reason to route volume through the desk rather than around it.
Read how it settles next, or go straight to published numbers if you only want the constants.
